Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort ★★★★★

Compare to soma bay and el gouna, the kitespot is very tiny. Butttt the beach set up is best of them all! Beginner? Or families with no kiters? Pick this one. Kite area is only between 2 yetties. Our 12 y old daughter kited with Achmed on 2nd lesson!

Bring your own alcohol. Vodka and gin are undrinkable. Wine is undrinkable. Beer is ok to drink, but does it contain alcohol? Food is good. I come to Egypte alot always kitesurfing.

Wifi not very stable and you have to pay for.

I didn't like the fact that in all inclusive 5* the entertaiment team charged 5 Euro per person for a cobra show. (It is not about the price, but in principle that shouldn't happen for standard evening show especially it wasn't communicated before) In the bar my kids were chareged 1 Euro for popcorn and ice cream, where all alcohol and drinks were free. The local alcohol and drinks have much space for improvement.All the treatments and massages in Beauty Centre were very poor in quality.

The hotel gives good value for money, while it is not a luxurious 5* experience, facilities, service and food is above what one would expect for the price. Food was good, varied and plentiful; loungers always available, rooms big and airy and the reef excellent.

There are a few things which could be improved. Bathrooms and facilities are quite tired, staff somewhat a mixed bunch of very nice and quite indifferent people; and you pay through the nose if you want to get anything which is not included in the all-inclusive package. Additionally, you get constantly hassled with sales of massages, trips, premium drinks, etc.

I'd give the food 70% All inclusive, since u r Egyptian u can only have cola and ice cream In other hotels the "all inclusive" option is way better

The reception stuff were very friendly and cooperative , the room size is amazing , the sea view is amazing as well

The Breakfast and all meals were very very good. I am a vegetarian, but along with my food I saw there was good food for everyone. A big restaurant with a lot of places also to sit outside. The reef is fantastic. There is a shallow lagoon and then about 500 meters out the reef where the outer side of the reet is around 15-20 meters deep and their walkway goes all of the way out. Most touching is their dive center which on short notice arranged a special speedboat and taxi so I could go out to the special reef call Dolphin House. We saw so many dolphins. It felt lie 1 million dolphins there were so many swimming circles all around and jumping near the boat I was so so happy. There was a confusion in the room advertisement as the advertisement showed a room with a jacuzzi. The advertisement was wrong & as it was the mistake of people making the advertisement--the manager upgraded me to the royal suite to give the jacuzzi

There needed to be more clarity concerning the advertising as it showed all rooms with jacuzzis. My jacket was lost somehow in the transfer of luggage to the room, so really better if luggage is brought directly without having to wait for it to come later

Vacanza indimenticabile! Partiamo dall'accoglienza famigliare: al nostro arrivo (alle sette di sera) ci hanno subito accompagnato al ristorante centrale per la cena, il check in lo abbiamo fatto successivamente e a stomaco pieno. Grazie a Mamdouh alla reception, sempre gentile e presente, che ha fatto si che il nostro soggiorno fosse ancora più bello e comodo. Nasser al ristorante centrale ci ha seguiti ogni giorno con grande professionalità e con il suo dolcissimo sorriso, anche quando era accaldato e immagino stanco. Hassam, il respondabile del ristorante "la Taverna", onnipresente e sempre pronto ad aiutarci ed assisterci fino all'ultimo minuto dell'ultimo giorno. I ragazzi che si occupavano della camera sempre disponibili e gentili. I ragazzi del Diving super preparati e simpatici, ci hanno portati alla baia di Abu Dabbab a nuotare con le Tartarughe. Molto bella anche l'escursione in quad nel deserto. La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta, anche se non nuovissima. Il wifi funziona bene in tutta l'area, spiaggia compresa. E sopratutto il mare...è stato l'ago della bilancia nella nostra scelta. Le piscine naturali davanti alla struttura sono qualcosa di impagabile. Un lungo e bellissimo pontile porta al mare aperto, una vera meraviglia. La barriera corallina viva e piena di pesci colorati, la spiaggia grande, comoda e con tutti i servizi: ci sono due snack bar dove pranzare e con prenotazione anche cenare. Le piscine spaziose, con il bar e le sedute in acqua e l'acquapark...tutto meraviglioso... E' stata una vacanza indimenticabile e spero di poterci tornare a Natale!!!

Resort sporco, rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo, servizi carenti, internet a pagamento molto caro, struttura fatiscente e più assimilabile a residence che a resort. Superaffollato da turismo dell’Est con tour operator low cost.

Un plauso soprattutto al sig. Amid addetto alla reception, molto gentile, professionale e premuroso.
